Project lead
After the design phase, you – as project lead – will assume the economic and technical responsibility for implementing sophisticated, turnkey commercial and industrial building projects.
As project lead, you will also coordinate and supervise the execution of the construction project and align the various steps with the responsible authorities and specialist engineers. Furthermore, you remain in constant contact with the client, since you always know the current status of the project.
Your field of responsibility also includes participating in acquisition and contract meetings, monitoring the market and working closely with the project management team.
1/2 SITE MANAGEMENT
As the site manager, you’re the engine of the entire construction site. Even with the many areas to coordinate, you maintain a constant overview, align the various teams and ensure the quality of their work. When deviations arise, you actively seek solutions and incorporate these independently. We’re confident that you know the needs of your construction site. You remain in close contact with the project management team in order to address questions as they arise.
If you want to give new life to existing buildings and enjoy the challenges that sometimes come with such buildings, we have the right job for you.
