Design & build from a single source

With GOLDBECK, “Design & build” means we combine the fields of design and construction – areas that have traditionally been contracted separately in the scope of public procurement law. From the initial idea to the turnkey handover, you benefit from all services from a single source and have a local contact person – and contractual partner – who combines all of the information for you.

 

We handle all of the planning and coordination tasks, including preparing the tender, awarding the contract and directing all of the crews and individual services within the project. We favour working with subcontractors from your region. 

 

This strengthens solidarity within the region, has a positive effect on the public perception of your project and contributes considerably to the overall success of your project.

 

And it goes without saying that we assume responsibility in matters relating to costs, deadlines and liability claims – giving you complete assurance for your planning when signing the contract.
