Inflation adjustment & earnings bonus
Everyone shares in the company’s success.
Besides the annual inflation adjustment, all employees receive an earnings bonus in addition to their regular salary.
In certain positions, we also pay a profit-sharing bonus that is dependent on the employee’s personal performance and that of the particular business unit.
Company shares
Employee participation since 1984.
Employees can buy dormant shares in the company. GOLDBECK subsidises the purchase of company shares with up to €300 per year. The interest rate is guided directly by the company’s yield, which is doubled.
Job ticket / Travel allowance
Save money, conserve the environment.
Upon presenting proof of using public transport for work, employees can receive a monthly travel allowance: 70% of the ticket price, up to a maximum of €70 per month.

Through the “Corporate Benefits” portal, GOLDBECK employees receive special offers and access to discounts from many vendors.
Pension scheme
Think about tomorrow – today.
In cooperation with the Allianz insurance company, GOLDBECK offers attractive possibilities for employees to improve their own provision for the future. The company subsidises pension plans with a 15 per cent contribution on the conversion amount.
Company car
Always mobile!
GOLDBECK provides company cars for various positions and work areas. Employees can even configure the vehicle according to their personal requirements. We cover the associated costs, including vehicle maintenance, insurance and fuel cards. Just climb in and take off!
Capital-forming benefits
GOLDBECK offers the support you need in building your assets.
All employees can take advantage of capital-forming benefits. The level of benefits is determined by the working time model. Trainees and work-study students are also entitled to these benefits.
Free (e-)parking
We have a (parking) place for you.
Some of our locations feature a GOLDBECK multi-storey car park that all employees are free to use at no charge. All other locations also have free parking spaces available. Furthermore, many locations have electric charging stations that employees can use at cost.
Annual leave
Time for a break from everyday life.
All office staff receive 32 days of paid leave per year (based on a 43-hour full-time working week). All industrial employees receive 30 days of paid leave per year (based on a 40-hour full-time working week).
Trust-based working hours
Trust before control.
Personal responsibility is one of GOLDBECK’s leading principles. This is also apparent in our trust-based working hours for members of office staff. In situations where overtime work is necessary, the employee and their supervisor can clarify a fair way to offset the extra hours. .

Working from home.
Do you have a job that can occasionally be handled from home? We’ll support you in this type of work scenario. With the help of modern technology and a corresponding framework agreement, we can find the right solutions for you.
Adapted working hours
Because you can’t always plan everything in life.
If something changes in your personal situation – due to childcare, for example, or the need to take care of a loved one – you can adjust your working hours accordingly.
Sabbatical

Semi-retirement
The gradual approach to retirement.
We work together to coordinate an employee’s gradual transition into retirement. Our company provisions ensure transparency and security in this process.
Childcare
The GOLDBECKchen nursery.
You’re more at ease working when you know your child is in good hands. The Bielefeld, Hirschberg and Munich (Neuried) locations have their own company nursery building, the “GOLDBECKchen” nursery. Employees at the Frankfurt, Monheim and Leipzig locations can also reserve a spot for their child.

Our employees can avail themselves of a childcare allowance of up to €600 per year.

As a family-run business, GOLDBECK also cares about supporting families in challenging situations. In addition to the Viva family service, our range of part-time models or the option of immediate leave of absence for up to 10 days in acute situations of need can help.
Viva FamilyService
For times when your superpowers run out.
GOLDBECK is a Viva FamilyService member. Employees receive professional consultation relating to childcare and care for relatives here. What’s more, Viva FamilyService also offers support in emergency situations, e.g. when you urgently need to find a care space for a relative. The consultations are confidential and free of charge.
Workplace health promotion
Good health is precious.
We ensure safe and ergonomic working conditions in our plants and at PC workstations. Height-adjustable desks, soft and elastic floor mats in the plants, and massage services for all employees help to reduce strain.
In cooperation with health insurance companies, we are able to offer all employees the opportunity to take part in digital health coaching sessions. These allow for the easy creation of nutritional plans and fitness programmes.

We hear this quite often when someone visits GOLDBECK for the first time. Many of our locations are renovated and modernised, or have been completely rebuilt. Bright offices and conference rooms, height-adjustable desks and daylight lamps all ensure comfort while working. Table football and coffee nooks provide an inviting setting for short breaks, enabling employees to return to their workstations refreshed.

Office staff members are equipped with modern laptops, headsets and monitors, enabling them to work as comfortably, flexibly and effectively as possible.
The work equipment in our plants is also continuously being updated in order to maximise our employees’ working comfort.

Our locations provide various possibilities for exercise – whether jogging or mountain biking groups or the company’s own sports hall at the Bielefeld location, which offers different sports classes.
