Schuchmann extension

The extension of the industrial building in Bissendorf was carried out by GOLDBECK and handed over to the client in 2024. Part of the construction work involved a photovoltaic system, which GOLDBECK Facility Services installed on the roof of the building and commissioned. The client is Schuchmann Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG. The 2,860 square metre warehouse can significantly reduce its energy costs and CO2 emissions thanks to the electricity it generates itself on the roof of the building.
