The Arminius Group, an independent transaction, asset and fund manager focusing on sustainable commercial real estate in Germany, has commissioned GOLDBECK Facility Services with the technical and infrastructural facility management for several properties throughout Germany, including eight office buildings and several car parks.

In addition to our traditional range of services, we are also responsible for coordinating and implementing ESG measures to support sustainable building management.
