Baytree Logistics Properties

Since 2021, GOLDBECK Facility Services has been managing a portfolio totalling around 248,500 square metres of logistics space on behalf of Baytree Logistics Properties, a pan-European developer of logistics and industrial properties. We manage logistics properties in Bremen, Leipzig and Philippsburg, where we are responsible for technical and infrastructural facility management. The two properties in Bremen and Leipzig were built by GOLDBECK.
