In 2011, GOLDBECK constructed the office and administration building for the Federal Ministry of the Interior's procurement office, which has been managed by GOLDBECK Facility Services ever since. In 2025, this contract was renewed with Paribus Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and expanded to include additional services.

In addition to technical facility management, we will also take over infrastructural facility management in the future and ensure the smooth operation of the building at all times with our own in-house technicians on site and a 24/7 on-call service. GOLDBECK Facility Services also takes on the operator obligations for the Procurement Office, takes care of reporting and provides a fire safety officer.
