LYGHT

Since 2025, GOLDBECK Facility Services has been managing the Düsseldorf office landmark LYGHT on behalf of the MOMENI Group and is responsible for the technical and infrastructural facility management in the building. The building underwent high-quality refurbishment and was completed in summer 2025. From inspection and maintenance to expert assessments, glass and façade cleaning, green and grey area maintenance and winter services, we are responsible for managing this prestigious and modern property in Düsseldorf.
