On behalf of the LogProject Group, which specialises in commercial, industrial and logistics properties, GOLDBECK Facility Services is taking over technical and infrastructural facility management for several logistics properties throughout Germany. The total contract volume covers around 94,000 square metres and is spread across locations in Düsseldorf and Giengen an der Brenz.

GOLDBECK was previously involved as the general contractor in the construction of the logistics buildings in Giengen an der Brenz and Düsseldorf.
