Since 2025, GOLDBECK Facility Services has been responsible for the technical and infrastructural facility management of the OFFICEHOME Rise office property in Düsseldorf. This includes property management, cleaning work, responsibility for all building services by on-site technicians, reporting and a 24/7 on-call service. The client is the real estate company PANDION AG.

OFFICEHOME Rise is a 70-metre-high office building with a total of 17 floors. The property consists of a six-storey base building and an eleven-storey high-rise section. In total, the property comprises around 35,000 square metres of rental space. OFFICEHOME Rise has an energy- and resource-efficient building concept, which includes its own sustainable electricity generation via a photovoltaic system on the roof, modern smart meters, e-charging stations in the associated underground car park and an individual lighting concept for the façade. GOLDBECK Facility Services is responsible for coordinating the installation companies to ensure that the warranty is upheld.
