On behalf of BÄKO Württemberg eG Türkheim, GOLDBECK Facility Services has been responsible for the technical facility management of the nearly 10,000 square metre warehouse in Geislingen an der Steige since 2024. Key services include maintenance and inspections of the property and the installed technology, expert inspections and the provision of a facility manager.
