BGO

On behalf of the owner BGO (BentallGreenOak), we are providing technical and infrastructural facility management services for a total of six industrial properties in Germany with a total area of 240,000 square metres.  

The latest contract was awarded to GOLDBECK Facility Services 2025 for the 90,000 square metre industrial building THE SPACE in Halle an der Saale. The property, built in 2025, was awarded the platinum certificate by the DGNB. One of the decisive factors for this is the forward-looking building technology, which is maintained and serviced by GOLDBECK Facility Services.
