Since 2023, GOLDBECK Facility Services has been responsible for the technical and infrastructural facility management of a logistics property in Polch on behalf of Lang & Cie Industrial Polch. In the industrial building, which covers almost 60,000 square metres, we take care of maintenance and inspections, expert assessments, warranty tracking, green space maintenance and grey area cleaning, as well as winter services.
