The professional and executive leaders who participate in our International Leadership Circle are all characterised by their resilient leadership experience, proven success stories, exceptional social competence and a global mindset. The three-year development programme is made up of six modules on the topic of leadership and available at various European GOLDBECK locations. Participants are nominated by management at the start of their journey with us and accompanied by mentors from top management and HR.
