Hölty Gymnasium Hambühren
The school building, constructed by GOLDBECK in 2025, was realised as part of a public-private partnership and meets the EG-40 standard. The school has space for around 900 pupils and features an integrated canteen and a two-court sports hall. The existing forest was partially preserved and integrated into the outdoor facilities concept. A photovoltaic system with a capacity of around 188 kWp was installed on the roof. Most of the heating requirements for new and existing buildings are covered by highly efficient heat pumps.

More efficient project management using lean methods
Lean methods were used in the construction of the school building, which contributed significantly to more efficient project management. Specifically, the takt plan and the site control center were used. These methods made it possible to clearly structure the work processes and optimally coordinate the individual trades. The takt plan ensured that resources were utilised evenly and predictably, while the site control center monitored project progress and responded to challenges at an early stage through regular meetings and transparent communication. This not only increased efficiency, but also improved the quality of execution and the satisfaction of all those involved.
