The school building, which dates back to the 1970s, will be revitalised by GOLDBECK by 2029. The renovation will take into account existing, reusable components from the existing building, meaning that 88% of the existing structure can continue to be used.

Increased efficiency through lean methods
The school centre, which is currently being renovated and expanded, is being built using modern lean methods. In particular, the takt plan and the site control center are being used. These methods ensure structured processes, reduce waiting times, improve communication and enable problems to be identified at an early stage. This not only increases the efficiency of the construction processes, but also ensures the quality and adherence to deadlines of the project in the long term.
