GOLDBECK revitalised the B7 vocational school in 15 months for Martin Schmälzle Grundstücksgesellschaft Objekte Göppingen/Nürnberg GmbH & Co. KG. The scope of work included planning, refurbishment, and new construction. The building was gutted, the building services were dismantled, and the façade was renewed.
