In 2024, GOLDBECK completed the warehouse for TEVEO GmbH. In addition to a storage hall, the building also has office space and an accessible roof terrace. The logistics property was also awarded the DGNB Platinum Certificate. GOLDBECK Facility Services takes over the technical and infrastructural facility management for the newly built headquarter.
