Althan district garage
Since mid-2024, GOLDBECK Parking Services has been operating the parking garage of the renowned 4-star hotel ARCOTEL AQ in Vienna. The client for the project is 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG. The contract term for operating the parking garage in the “Althan Quartier“ urban district is 20 years.

E-charging and modern parking processing
GOLDBECK Parking Services installed around 40 e-charging stations on all three parking levels, which are operated with the help of +charge. The energy supply is provided by a photovoltaic system on the entire roof area. The new parking management system includes, among other things, individual space detection, an automatic barrier system with digital license plate recognition, and convenient parking reservation via QR code. Additionally, GOLDBECK Parking Services also take over the maintenance and upkeep of the parking garage as well as comprehensive customer support.
