Since May 2024, GOLDBECK Parking Services has been operating the parking garage for Patrizia SE in Jülich. The contract term exceeds ten years. The parking garage has a total area of approximately 8,130 square meters and offers around 260 car parking spaces across four levels.

Goldbeck Parking Services are responsible not only for the ongoing parking space operations but also for the conversion of the parking processing systems (PAA). A special feature of the PAA is automatic license plate recognition, which enables customers to enter and exit comfortably.
