Multi-storey car park Galeria Juliacum

Since May 2024, GOLDBECK Parking Services has been operating the car park for Patrizia SE in Jülich. The contract term is over ten years. The car park has a total area of approximately 8,130 square metres and offers around 260 parking spaces on four levels.

More comfort and security through innovative technologies

Goldbeck Parking Services are responsible not only for the ongoing parking space operations but also for the conversion of the parking processing systems (PAA). A special feature of the PAA is automatic license plate recognition, which enables customers to enter and exit comfortably. Regular visitors to the parking garage in Jülich additionally benefit from attractive pay-per-use rates. Furthermore, new signage and innovative video technology further enhance user-friendliness and security.
