In 2023, GOLDBECK constructed an office building with an underground car park for Aschenbeck & Aschenbeck Projektentwicklungs GmbH. The building has a green retention roof, a photovoltaic system and does not use fossil fuels. The implementation of the EG40ee efficiency house standard and the façade with facing brickwork and sun protection slats are part of the sustainable construction concept.
