Schüco Digital Hub One

In just 12 months, a former production hall was transformed into a modern office building based on New Work principles. “Digital Hub One” serves as a resource depot for the future: it features a recyclable window system and aluminium products designed according to the Cradle-to-Cradle principle. The rooms are clad with panels made from fast-growing maritime pine, and the flooring consists of recycled PET bottles. Through this revitalisation, Schüco has created 159 permanent and numerous temporary jobs, while also making a strong statement for sustainability.
