PHÖNIX, Eschborn

The PHÖNIX office building in Eschborn has been comprehensively refurbished and transformed into a future-ready property across approximately 16,000 m² and nine storeys. One of the key challenges was delivering the project while a data centre on the ground floor remained fully operational. New windows and façade elements, alongside a modern energy concept incorporating a heat pump, photovoltaic systems and advanced building services, significantly improve energy efficiency. The refurbishment also created high-quality office space, accessible workplaces and attractive outdoor areas.
