The office building was completed by GOLDBECK in 2024 for Landmarken AG and built to the EG 40 energy efficiency standard. The roof terrace on the 5th floor, extensive green roofing and a photovoltaic system offer additional amenity value and promote sustainability. Energy is supplied via geothermal energy (mine water) and district heating for peak loads.
