FAY Flexgate

In 2022, GOLDBECK completed the office building for FAY Maximilianallee Leipzig GmbH & Co. KG. The building has an underground car park and is supplied with energy via district heating. Roof terraces and an extensively greened roof offer additional amenity value and promote sustainability. The project has been awarded the DGNB Gold certificate.
