Flex Office 51°7

The Flex Office 51°7 in Bochum was realised by GOLDBECK for Harpen OM3 GmbH and completed in 2023. The design concept pays homage to the Ruhr region and the city of Bochum: industrial culture and mining characterise the design, which draws on regional history with materials such as steel, chequer plate, expanded metal and wood. Elements from mining, such as wooden plank walkways, are reflected in carpet patterns, wall coverings and tiles. A relaxation room, canteen and gym ensure a workplace with a feel-good factor.
