Optimised construction processes in residential construction
The residential quarter was completed in just one and a half years. Lean methods were used in the construction of the 76 residential units, enabling more efficient, transparent and structured project management. The takt plan and the site control center clearly structured the construction processes and ensured close coordination between all trades involved. Regular coordination meetings at the site control center helped to identify challenges at an early stage and resolve them jointly. This not only optimised the construction time, but also ensured high quality of execution and adherence to deadlines.
