In 2025, GOLDBECK completed 50 apartments in two cooperative residential buildings. The wooden façade reflects the natural surroundings, while the biodiversity roof of the north building is covered with a variety of plants. The roof of the south building is fully equipped with a photovoltaic system. Both buildings are certified according to the QNG criteria for sustainable housing construction.
