Residential building Greifswald

The residential building constructed in 1979 using prefabricated concrete panels is undergoing comprehensive revitalisation: the façade and loggias are being renewed, the building gutted and converted into modern apartments, and new balconies are being installed. After completion, the building will meet the KfW 70 standard. This creates contemporary, affordable housing in Greifswald.
