As part of the project, three industrial buildings, each measuring 10,000 m², and an office building with 4,500 m² were fully refurbished, including the removal of hazardous materials and the energy-efficient upgrade of the building envelope. GOLDBECK is also supporting the project as a lifecycle partner; GOLDBECK Property Services will take over building management during operation. With support from the sustainability experts at GOLDBECK Sustainability Consulting, the project will also achieve BREEAM certification.
