Property and Center Management
Over the past 15 years, GOLDBECK Property Services has established itself as a strong partner to its customers. Today, Property Services manages around 125 Redevco properties with approximately 1.5 million square metres of space and almost 920 tenants. These include retail parks, shopping centres and single tenant properties in the retail unit. GOLDBECK Property Services is responsible for commercial and technical property management as well as centre management and implements special technical services and ESG measures.
The 125 Redevco properties are located throughout Germany and are managed by Property Services on a decentralised basis. With seven locations in strategically important regions, GOLDBECK Property Services is ideally positioned both regionally and in terms of personnel.
Sustainability consulting included
GOLDBECK Sustainability Consulting provides sustainability consulting for Redevco and prepares ESG due diligences, climate risk analyses and energy performance certificates for retail properties throughout Germany. Around 100 Redevco retail properties are currently being aligned for the future by the service unit - from ESG due diligence to customised manage-to-ESG concepts.
GOLDBECK's sustainability consultants enable customers to precisely assess the current ESG performance of all properties in their portfolio. A comprehensive analysis and the definition of targets and strategies form the basis for the sustainable transformation process of the property portfolio. GOLDBECK implements the resulting ESG measures with its teams of experts during ongoing operations, thus offering a complete service. This creates an optimal basis for aligning the Redevco portfolio for the future.
A proven foundation for a new partnership
Redevco has expanded its collaboration with GOLDBECK Real Estate Services. In addition to Property Services and Sustainability Consulting, GOLDBECK Facility Services and GOLDBECK Refurbishment Services now also work for the customer. For example, they manage properties sustainably, redesign existing spaces or refurbish individual properties to make them more energy-efficient.
