Completed by GOLDBECK in 2024 for bjekt Schule Wasseramselweg B.V. & Co. KG. The jury of the Red Dot Design Award honoured the guidance and orientation system of the comprehensive school in the category ‘Brands & Communication Design 2024’ for its high-quality and functional design.

Efficient construction management with ‘Lean light’ Taktplan
The six-form comprehensive school has space for 1,300 pupils. The new building was ready for occupancy at the start of the new school year in 2024/2025. During the construction of the building, the takt plan was created as ‘Lean light’ – a simplified form of the Lean methodology that reduces the most important principles to the essentials and applies them in a practical manner. This enabled clear and structured construction management, which contributed to a smoother implementation of the project and ensured its completion on schedule.
