3-court sports hall in Ummeln
The sports hall completed by GOLDBECK in 2025 impresses with its compact layout and clear, easy-to-follow orientation within the building. The upper floor houses a spectator gallery, a spacious multi-purpose room with an atrium and installation areas for technical equipment. The multi-purpose room is equipped with an integrated kitchenette and is ideal for training courses, club activities, celebrations or as a gymnastics room.

Efficient construction management through lean methods
During the construction of the sports hall, the takt plan and the site control center were employed as key lean methods to ensure an efficient, more transparent and structured construction process. The takt plan clearly defined the individual construction phases and ensured they were optimally coordinated in terms of timing. This allowed all trades to be coordinated smoothly, reducing bottlenecks and waiting times to a minimum. The site control center served as the central on-site management tool. Through regular meetings, the team was able to respond flexibly to changes, set priorities and develop solutions together.
