The school's sports hall was also built using selected lean methods. The basic scheduling, takt plan, site control center and lean rule communication were used. The basic scheduling set the overall time frame and provided direction for the project. The takt plan divided the necessary construction processes into cycle zones and work packages. In rule communication, site control center was used to coordinate the processes and determine them together with the subcontractors, which led to good cooperation between all parties involved. Transparent processes, efficiently coordinated interfaces and the early identification of challenges ensured that the construction site ran smoothly and the sports hall was completed on time.
