  • Finished your studies? If you have an above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial field of study then we’d love to hear from you.
  • Ready to go? We accept applications at any time, so we’re ready when you are! We work together with you to decide on your start date.
  • Go international – We offer our trainees the exciting opportunity to work in our international units, so fluent language skills in both German and English are a must. Any additional languages are a bonus!
  • Already had a taster of working life? It’s always an advantage to have some training under your belt, plus any internships you have completed will also serve to demonstrate your motivation for a trainee program.

The trainee programme is the starting point for your professional network. We organise various joint events to give you the opportunity to get to know the other trainees at GOLDBECK. What’s more, you can always rely on your direct colleagues to be right by your side whether you need advice, support or simply have a question, because team spirit is incredibly important to us.
