Are you keen to contribute your personality and knowledge to a fast-growing and innovative company? Start your career with our trainee programs and contribute your ideas and skills right from the start.

 

In our 18 to 24-month programs, you will get to know various departments. During the program, you will have a permanent mentor at your side who will support you in your professional and personal development. You will also be in close contact with your fellow trainees and work on your own projects in interdisciplinary teams.

Who are we looking for?

To live up to our claim of ‘building excellence’, we are looking for people who channel enthusiasm, curiosity and an open mind into everything they do.

 

  • Finished your studies? If you have an above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial field of study then we’d love to hear from you.
  • Ready to go? We accept applications at any time, so we’re ready when you are! We work together with you to decide on your start date.
  • Go international – We offer our trainees the exciting opportunity to work in our international units and promote an international trainee network. So fluent language skills in both German and English are a must. Any additional languages are a bonus!
  • Already had a taster of working life? It’s always an advantage to have some training under your belt, plus any internships you have completed will also serve to demonstrate your motivation for a trainee program.

Your trainee network

The trainee program is the starting point for your professional network. We organise various joint events to give you the opportunity to get to know the other trainees at GOLDBECK. What’s more, you can always rely on your direct colleagues to be right by your side whether you need advice, support or simply have a question, because team spirit is incredibly important to us.
