Sales | Design | Implementation
As a civil engineering trainee, you will learn the ropes in a whole host of units to gain an overall impression of the various departments in our construction process chain, ranging from sales and design through to implementation.
In addition to looking at construction and project management, you will also gain insights into technical purchasing and the commercial side of projects. On completion of the trainee program, you will join our project management or design teams.
Specialisations
Do you want to set a clear focus right from the outset and still gain a broad overview of the company as you embark on your career? No problem – just choose a specialisation:
1/3 SPECIALISATION
If you choose processing/site management as your specialisation, we provide you with extensive opportunities to work on various construction sites. That’s not to say that this becomes your sole area of activity, as the other departments involved in the construction process chain still remain very much part of the program.
