During the trainee program, you will get to know the entire range of commercial GOLDBECK processes, depending on your focus. You will be assigned to various locations within Germany. This will give you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with different areas of the company and build up your own network. The trainee program creates the ideal conditions for your career at GOLDBECK.

1/3 SPECIALISATION
As a trainee, you will bring construction and business administration together. In our business administration trainee programme, you will get to know the entire range of commercial processes. The programme focuses on project controlling as well as risk and process management. You will be assigned to various locations within Germany and familiarise yourself with a wide range of commercial departments.
After completing the 18-month trainee programme, you will join the company as a branch office clerk or in other central commercial positions depending on your focus.
