During the trainee program, you will get to know the entire range of the production process at GOLDBECK. You can focus on business administration, technical or plant-related topics. Regardless of your specialisation, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with different areas of the company and build up your own network. Specialisations
Have you already found your focus and would like to use the trainee program to prepare yourself for your target position in the best possible way. We have three different specialisations within our "Production Management" trainee program. You decide!
1/3 SPECIALISATION
In this specialisation, you will get to know our business administrational departments in their entirety. This includes working in our Purchasing and Controlling departments. You will also familiarise yourself with our plant locations (in Germany and abroad).
