Architects and GOLDBECK bring tomorrow's visions to life
As an architect, you have spent a long time refining your vision, perfecting the details and fighting for every design element. Then the general contractor comes into the picture – and you may feel that your creative freedom is now being restricted. Your concern: could your carefully thought-out design be reduced to a cost-effective standard solution? Could you lose control over quality and implementation and be reduced to the role of a mere contractor? These fears are the reason why some architects are sceptical of general contractors. But there is another way – with GOLDBECK.
GOLDBECK stands for innovative construction processes, efficient project management and collaborative partnerships. As an architect, you will benefit from our many years of experience, our extensive expertise and a strong network. At the same time, we value your input and fresh ideas, and we have the opportunity to participate in competitions together with you. You have a strong local network and bring further valuable experience in liaising with the authorities.
Together, we realise challenging construction projects that focus on design, quality, cost-effectiveness, cost certainty and adherence to deadlines. A partnership opens up new opportunities to put ideas into practice and jointly create sustainable buildings for the future.

Interested? Let’s talk!
Step 1: Get to know us – with no obligation
We’ll listen to you and get to know your project and requirements. You can then take your time to decide whether we’re a good fit. Book an introductory meeting now!
Step 2: We assess feasibility within our construction method – together
We assess how your design can be realised using our system construction method. In doing so, we identify opportunities for optimisation and provide a transparent cost estimate – your design remains the focus, and you retain creative control. If you have an initial project idea, we support you with our system expertise so that you can get straight to the design planning stage in a focused manner.
Step 3: You decide – with full transparency
You will receive a detailed quotation setting out defined responsibilities, the scope of work and your role in the project. We only get started together once all questions have been clarified.
That is why independent architectural firms choose to form a partnership
- Attractive architecture: For us, systemised construction means “the visible is customised, the invisible is systemised.”
- Cost certainty: We provide a transparent cost estimate and quote you a binding fixed price based on the design and the functional specifications (FLB).
- In-house production: We prefabricate key building components industrially in our factories. These are then assembled on site to create turnkey buildings. This allows us to ensure quality whilst saving time and costs.
- Holistic planning: With Building Information Modelling (BIM), we keep an eye on the big picture. A virtual 3D model links all trades and processes – from production through construction to operation. This means: fewer errors, greater efficiency and perfectly coordinated workflows.
- Building Services Expertise: We develop optimal building services systems – from efficient energy monitoring and renewable energy solutions to smart building technologies. We use simulations to compare scenarios and ensure maximum energy efficiency, cost savings and a reduced carbon footprint.
- Sustainability expertise: Sustainable buildings must meet legal and financial requirements, be future-proof and adapt flexibly to new usage conditions. We have the expertise to meet these requirements.
- Open communication: We value dialogue based on partnership and are open to new ideas. Together, we find effective solutions.
FAQ on Collaboration
As an architect, you know that good design requires freedom. Do you have any questions or concerns about system construction? In our FAQ, we address these and show how we can work together to create attractive architecture.
Isn’t system construction basically just prefabricated housing 2.0? Don’t all the buildings look the same?
Does the system restrict my design and creative freedom? Can I actually put my ideas into practice?
I already have a finished design. Can GOLDBECK actually implement it in the system?
Is system construction also suitable for infill development?
Isn’t a main contractor just trying to take advantage of me?
Are you an architect, interested in working with us, and perhaps already have a specific project in mind?
