Completed by GOLDBECK for Leiden University in 2023. It features a printed façade with animal motifs and a sustainable energy supply via a photovoltaic system on the roof. In addition, the car park has extensive green roofing, herb plants and integrated insect hotels. Infiltration basins collect rainwater and channel it into the ground. Twelve electric charging points are also available, with provision for future expansion.
