In 2024, GOLDBECK Refurbishment Services completed the interior construction and upgrading of parts of the ”Haus der Wirtschaft” office and congress building on behalf of Hessenmetall, the employers' association for metal, electrical and IT companies in Hessen.

As part of the project, comprehensive modernisation and design measures were successfully implemented to create a contemporary and appealing working environment. This included the following services in particular:
- Renovation and expansion of the office space, social rooms (canteen) and meeting rooms
- Renovation and expansion of the entrance area incl. installation of a large monitor
- Redesign of the garden area
- Renovation of the sanitary facilities
- Modern interior design
