DAS Environmental Expert

In this revitalisation project, we converted a former granary into a modern production hall and added new commercial spaces as well as an office building. This was a challenging task, as the existing building stands on a former landfill site and a stormwater retention basin had to be constructed to a depth of eight metres. The result of the revitalisation was recognised with the Silver Medal of the Brownfield24 Awards 2022.
