We are always happy to welcome young, motivated colleagues, so you essentially have the opportunity to apply for all advertised positions. You also have the option of completing one of our trainee programmes.
We recommend submitting your application early – preferably two to three months before graduation. Of course, we would also be happy to receive your application as soon as you have passed your final examination.
We currently offer five different trainee programmes lasting 18 months each. You can choose from the fields of civil engineering, construction management, purchasing, finance & controlling, and process management. Here’s where you can learn more about our trainee programmes.
You can expect to receive an intensive induction when you start at GOLDBECK. This consists of a target-group-specific seminar programme with up to ten seminars in the first year and also includes a number of personal meetings with important contacts and department managers.
Even beyond the induction phase, we offer various opportunities for professional and personal development. Our seminar programme offers the appropriate opportunities with over 100 internal different training topics. In addition to the potential for role-related changes, we can even accommodate changes in location thanks to our decentralised business model.
