What form of application does GOLDBECK prefer?

Please apply online via our job market in the applicant management system. This way, we can ensure that your documents reach the right contact person directly so that they can be processed as quickly as possible. Simply click on the ‘Apply now’ button in our job listings to start the application process.

Provided you have all the necessary documents to hand, the online application shouldn’t take more than ten minutes to complete.

What documents should I submit with my application?

When filling out the application form, you will be asked to upload a cover letter, CV (photo optional) and relevant references in PDF format. Your application documents should not exceed a total size of 10 MB.

 

Can I apply for several jobs at the same time?

If you find yourself interested in several jobs, you are welcome to use your profile to respond to different advertisements. Your personal data will be transferred across automatically; you just need to upload your documents again for each application.

 

I have not found a position that suits me. Can I send a speculative application?

Speculative applications are always welcome. You can also sign up to our job alerts to receive automatic updates about current vacancies.

 

Can I update my application documents once I have already submitted them?

Of course you can. You can access your applicant profile at any time using the login details in your confirmation email. This is where you can update or add to your details using the pencil icon.

How does the application process work?

You can find an overview of the application process here so that you know exactly what to expect. Generally, you can expect a response within 21 working days. If this deadline is exceeded, you will receive a holding response in the interim.

How can I withdraw my application?

You can withdraw your application at any time via your applicant profile. All you have to do is click on ‘Withdraw application’.

Can I reapply if I my application is unsuccessful?

Of course you can. There can be many reasons why an application is rejected. It is quite possible that you are just the right person for another position, so please feel free to try again.

I have forgotten my username or password. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot your password?’. Enter your email address and click ‘OK’. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to create a new password.
