Optimal project management with a takt plan and site control center

To ensure the project ran smoothly, the lean methods of takt plan and a site control center were employed. The takt plan provided a clear overview of the project’s progress and enabled the various trades to coordinate their work. This ensured efficient coordination among all parties involved. Daily and weekly meetings were held in the site control center to discuss the current status. The transparent presentation of the processes improved communication on site.
