1/3  Blue Buildings

Let's build the future together

Two residential buildings with 50 residential units were built in Munich. The buildings harmoniously blend into their surroundings and reflect the natural environment with their wood façades. Some particularly striking features are the green roofs, which provide a habitat for many species of animals, and solar panels for generating power. The buildings are certified according to the QNG Sustainable Building Certification. Charging stations for electric vehicles and covered parking for bicycles encourage residents to use environmentally-friendly modes of transport.

Certification with residential buildings

Our Blue Buildings meet the requirements of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and are awarded either a Gold or Silver certification. This makes the certification affordable, quick and easy for you.

 

We work closely with our experts in energy, sustainability and innovation to continuously refine and improve this. We are there to support you during the design and approval process for your certification, from the preparation of the documents to the reception of the certificates – even for QNG PLUS.
