The strategic partnership between GOLDBECK and ZAUNERGROUP focuses on the design, construction and start of operation of data centers. With their strategic partnership, GOLDBECK and ZAUNERGROUP offer a decisive advantage: customers - employers and operators of data centers - receive complex and technically sophisticated building system combinations from a single source. They benefit from smooth processes, cost-effective implementation, reliability and adherence to deadlines in order to meet the high demands placed on the construction and start of operation of data centers.
At the same time, ZAUNERGROUP continues to implement projects in the data center unit and in all other business areas on its own responsibility and supports its customers there directly.

The strategic partnership is based on a clear and unique combination of competences: GOLDBECK contributes decades of experience as a partner in construction projects for medium-sized companies, large corporations, industrial and technology companies, developers and public sector clients. ZAUNERGROUP, on the other hand, is an internationally leading specialist in industrial plant and pipeline construction. The company covers the entire value chain - from engineering, production and assembly to the start of operation of complex systems such as those in data centers.

Investment in ZAUNERGROUP to strengthen the partnership
As part of the agreement, GOLDBECK is acquiring a stake in ZAUNERGROUP to establish the partnership on a long-term basis. ZAUNERGROUP will remain independent and continue to operate its existing business areas as before. The management teams of both companies will continue to operate independently and retain full responsibility for their organisations.
