You will be responsible for delivering building construction projects such as office, residential and educational buildings, as well as other commercial and public buildings in the Hamburg metropolitan area.

Our focus is clearly on Hamburg and the metropolitan region. Most construction sites are therefore easily accessible within the region; extensive travel is not usually required.

Our project teams are organised on an interdisciplinary basis: construction and project management work closely with design, procurement, work planning and – depending on the project – also with production. This ensures that the various departments coordinate their efforts at an early stage, enabling us to deliver projects efficiently, to a high standard and reliably.

Communication between site management, planning and procurement is close and straightforward. Technical matters, deadlines and contract awards are continuously coordinated through regular meetings, ensuring that decisions can be made quickly and projects implemented in a targeted manner.

What is the induction process like?

During your first few weeks, you’ll get to know your team, the processes and your projects step by step. You’ll be assigned a dedicated contact person who will guide you through your induction and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Depending on your role, experienced colleagues will also support you in your day-to-day work.
