The subsidiary of the Bielefeld-based construction and services company Goldbeck, which focuses on parking management, is thus expanding its management team: Stephan Pieper has been Managing Director of Goldbeck Parking Services since 2017 and Dr Andreas Iding has been responsible for the division in his role as Managing Director of Goldbeck Services GmbH since 2016. As a networked and experienced industry expert, Gregor Hensel manages, among other things, customer-oriented corporate and business area development, the optimisation of financial management and the review of all structural processes.
Before joining Goldbeck, the law and economics graduate worked for the Berlin car park operator Contipark for over six years. In 2018, the 35-year-old started there as Head of Operations and was responsible for redesigning and optimising operations. In the last two years, he was also responsible for Business Development and the resulting Marketing & Sales segment.
“15 years of experience with broad and in-depth industry expertise speak for itself. With Gregor Hensel, we want to strengthen Goldbeck Parking Services in Germany and Austria and continue to actively drive forward the market in which we operate. We will actively drive forward our performance and growth targets together with all colleagues at Goldbeck Parking Services, but also with a strong management team. Gregor Hensel's expertise is a key component in achieving our goals and further strengthening our market position,“ says Dr Andreas Iding, Managing Director of Goldbeck Services GmbH.
Gregor Hensel is delighted to be joining Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH as Managing Director: “I am highly motivated to work with all my colleagues to further expand the Goldbeck Parking Services business area against the backdrop of the transport transition and to consolidate it on the market.“ With regard to the current challenges facing the industry, he says: “The transport transition has long been a reality: we support political decisions that take into account stricter climate protection requirements in the transport sector and the associated sustainability goals. After all, we need a future-proof infrastructure, which must not only include urban centres. Car parks are developing into environmentally friendly mobility and service hubs - as enablers and drivers of the transport transition. This area of tension has a huge impact on our business at Goldbeck Parking Services. For us, it is therefore intrinsic not only to actively support the transport transition and help shape it wherever possible, but also to translate these developments into business models with foresight.our focus is also on growth and profitability. We want to meet the current industry challenges with consistent and rigorous action in order to be successful in the long term.“
