Since 1st November 2023, she has formed a dual leadership team with Dr Andreas Iding at Goldbeck Services GmbH. The 42-year-old is also a member of the Goldbeck Management Board. As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), she is responsible for both the HR division of Goldbeck GmbH at holding company level and for corporate development.

Before joining Goldbeck, the Minden native and business administration graduate worked for the listed housing company Vonovia SE for ten years. Most recently, she was responsible for the services business as a general representative. She has also been Co-CEO of Deutsche Wohnen SE since January 2022. Her other professional positions include the former Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE and arvato AG. 

In her new position as Managing Director of Goldbeck Services GmbH, Konstantina Kanellopoulos is responsible for the services unit Goldbeck Technical Solutions GmbH and Goldbeck Sustainability Consulting. At Goldbeck Facility Services GmbH, she is also responsible for Technical Services and the Solar & Energy division. Dr Andreas Iding, who has been Managing Director of Goldbeck Services GmbH since 2016, continues to be responsible for facility management at Goldbeck Facility Services GmbH as well as the service units Goldbeck Public Partner GmbH, Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH and Goldbeck Property Services GmbH.
